This hotel has beautiful heritage style architecture which make its property looks luxury. We had a comfortable stay at here. The rooms were very clean with proper hygiene maintained and the complimentary breakfast was too delicious with a good variety of options. However the receptionists were uncooperative regarding early check-in despite rooms appearing to be vacant. Also, this hotel is located on the outskirts of Jaisalmer in a quite isolated area with no nearby shops or easy connectivity. Moreover, despite requesting, we were not provided with a GST invoice at the time of checkout even though GST was charged upfront at the time of booking. Overall, while the stay was comfortable these issues could be improved for a better customer experience.

Our recent 2-day stay at Jaigarh Palace, Jaisalmer was quite disappointing and far from what we had expected. To begin with, the location is a major drawback. The property is situated on the outskirts, far away from the city center and the fort, with virtually no public transport available. This made commuting extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary hassle to our trip. The service further worsened the experience. Room service was consistently poor ,we had to make multiple reminders, and several calls to reception simply went unanswered. This level of responsiveness is not acceptable, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a premium stay. One of the most concerning experiences was during breakfast, where we were served food that clearly seemed stale. Upon raising this, even the serving staff acknowledged that the food was sourced from outside, which was quite surprising and disappointing. Additionally, the property does not live up to the premium image portrayed in its online pictures. The actual experience falls short in terms of both ambiance and overall upkeep. That said, I would like to acknowledge Sudhir at the reception, who was polite and genuinely tried to assist us. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, the overall experience remained unsatisfactory. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Jaisalmer.

Our recent 2-day stay at Jaigarh Palace, Jaisalmer was quite underwhelming and did not match our expectations at all. To start with, the location is a significant drawback. The property is located far on the outskirts, away from the city center and the fort, with almost no access to public transport. This made traveling back and forth extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to our trip. Being situated right on the highway with no nearby eateries or food options made things even more difficult. This was particularly challenging for us as we were traveling with a 1.5-year-old child. The in-house restaurant had very limited options for lunch and dinner, and since there were no nearby places to order from, arranging suitable food for our baby became quite a struggle. The service further added to our disappointment. Room service was consistently slow and inefficient — we had to follow up multiple times, and several calls to reception simply went unanswered. Such lack of responsiveness is not expected from a property that presents itself as a premium stay. One of the most concerning experiences was during breakfast, where we were served food that appeared to be stale. When we raised this issue, even the staff admitted that the food was sourced from outside, which was both surprising and disappointing. Additionally, the property does not truly reflect the premium image shown in its online photos. The actual ambiance and upkeep fall short of what is advertised. That said, we would like to appreciate Sudhir at the reception, who was courteous and genuinely tried to help us. However, despite his efforts, the overall experience remained unsatisfactory. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Jaisalmer.
