Advance payments

Any advance requested to confirm a hotel, desert camp, package or safari will be communicated clearly before you pay, along with the applicable cancellation window for that specific service.

Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the property or service provider's own cancellation terms, which we will always share with you before you confirm. Cancellations closer to your travel date may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
